Rooted in the rich traditions of the Ahlulbayt (a.s), we are an Islamic center that offers most of our services online, in addition to some in-person courses and events. This hybrid approach allows us to reach individuals globally while maintaining opportunities for face-to-face engagement through retreats, courses, and learning tours.
Our center is designed to serve individuals who may not have access to traditional Islamic centers or scholarly resources. By harnessing the power of technology, we aim to provide education, counseling, and spiritual guidance to everyone, no matter where they are in the world.

Founder and Imam of the Center
Hujjatul Islam Dr. Morteza Rezazadeh
Dr. Morteza Rezazadeh is a distinguished Islamic scholar and educator, holding advanced degrees in both religious and academic disciplines. He is a graduate of the Islamic Seminaries of Qom and Mashhad, specializing in Islamic Jurisprudence and Theology. His academic credentials include dual Master’s degrees—one in Philosophy of Religion and another in Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim Relations from Hartford International University in the United States. He also holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Tehran and a PhD in Comparative Religions and Mysticism from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
With decades of teaching experience, Dr. Rezazadeh has lectured extensively on Islamic Philosophy, Theology, Shi’a Authority, and Ethical Studies in seminaries, universities, and international forums. Fluent in Persian, Arabic, and English, he engages with diverse audiences worldwide. His scholarly contributions include research papers on interfaith dialogue, Islamic ethics, and cultural studies.
As the founder and president of the Hikmat International Institute, Dr. Rezazadeh has also been a pioneer in fostering academic and cultural exchange. He is deeply committed to the mission of Noor Online Islamic Center, bringing the teachings of Ahlulbayt to a global audience through accessible and inclusive online platforms.
